About our Berry Bread recipe
Try using freshly picked blueberries and a homemade gooseberry jam for a special touch to this sweet berry bread.
It is truly delicious served freshly baked, toasted, or even used to create a fruity bread and butter pudding. Mix and match the berries and jam to change the flavour of the bread, using the latest in-season fruit.
Berry bread fans will love our fruity tea bread or fruit and spice loaf.
