Where’s your recipe for making it from icing sugar and cream of tartar and water Ratios please

Hello,
As Silver Spoon make a fondant icing that already has everything in it that you need, all you need to do is just add water to we would recommend that you use this.
Fondant icing is traditionally made boiling together sugar, water and a little cream of tartar until the syrup reaches what is known as the soft-ball stage. The mixture is then kneaded into a smooth dough, and flavourings and colourings added.
