If you are looking for a fun activity to keep your little monsters busy this Halloween then these quick and easy Frankenstein Marshmallow Pops will do the trick. Soft fluffy marshmallows dipped in yummy chocolate and decorated with crazy faces - a spooky treat for all of the family.
We used vibrant green candy melts to achieve Frankenstein’s skin tone, along with writing icing to create Frankie’s facial features.

Method
Step 1:
Insert a cake pop stick into the base of each marshmallow.
Step 2:
Gently melt the coloured candy melts until smooth.
Step 3:
Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate until fully coated.
Step 4:
Slowly twirl the marshmallow to stop the chocolate from running then leave to dry.
Step 5:
Once fully dried, melt the chocolate chips until runny and then dip the top of each marshmallow to create the hair.
Step 6:
Leave to dry and then decorate the facial features using writing icing.
