Ginger & Orange Loaf

1 Reviews

About the bake

Loaves don't just have to be savoury. Banana bread is famously known as a lockdown classic, so we present you to, Ginger and Orange bread. With sweet hints of orange and a subtle hot kick of ginger, this loaf is equally morish and moist. Easy to make in 6 steps - slice after slice you'll keep coming back to this flavoursome bread.

The dough can also be divided into smaller bread tins to make Mini Ginger and Orange loaves - perfect for parties or smaller portions.

After more fruity bake-spiration; whether its your next fruit cake or citrussy loaf you'll be sure to find something you love here. Keep it classic with Paddington's Marmalade Loaf, or throw it back to lockdown life and recreate a nostalic Banana loaf
