Quick and simple to make and delicious to devour. Method Whisk the flour, eggs and milk together to form a batter, whisking until there are no lumps. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Lightly grease a frying pan with oil and heat until hot, then spoon 2 tablespoons of the batter into the pan and swirl to coat the base of the pan with batter. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate and keep warm whilst you make the rest. For the filling spread a dessert spoon of peanut butter over each pancake then add half a sliced banana, fold over then drizzle with chocolate sauce.
