These vegan protein pancakes are great to make and have a great rise to them. The pancakes are not only vegan, but are protein packed and really fluffy. This recipe is a good choice a few hours before a workout or shortly after one.
Method

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Add the maple syrup to the dry mixture and then slowly add the water, mixing until “just mixed.” It should be a little lumpy and quite thick. Don't add all the water if it's not needed.

Heat up a frying pan using a little oil. Once it's hot, drop a ladle of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles appear. Carefully turn the pancake over and cook on the other side (a minute or so).

Once all the pancakes are cooked, stack them and top with some fresh berries and agave syrup to serve.

So good it was as if I was in Heavan but it was kinda hard to flip but besides that it was AMAZING!!!!
